Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page after checking the return/exchange policy below to initiate a return:
- We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt for a return. Once you receive the label, the package must be shipped back within 14 days.
- Clothes must be unused and unwashed with crotch liner still attached if applicable. No cologne scents, no deodorant stains, or pet hair. If item is sent back used, it will be shipped back to customer.
- Items such as lotions and oils cannot be returned if opened and used. Candles cannot be returned if burned. However, if unburned, they can be returned but must be packaged to ensure no breakage. If item is broken during shipping, we cannot issue a refund.
- If an item is defective, let us know in the form below. We may ask for a photo to confirm. We always make things right when it comes to defective merchandise :)
- Returns will be processed once we receive the items in our possession. Please allow 1-2 business days after tracking says delivered to follow up. We have to retrieve returns from a PO box at a location separate from our main office.
US: If you purchase an in-stock item and need to exchange or return, contact us for a return label. Due to limited inventory, you should immediately purchase the replacement size so we can ship that to you. This will ensure your replacement size is in stock. We will refund you the cost of your return as soon as we receive it.
Outside the US: We can't cover return or exchange shipping costs, so please make sure you research sizing before ordering. Feel free to shoot us a DM on IG or email us and we're happy to help.
If you wish to return from outside the US, please fill out the form below so we can authorize.
US: The same return conditions apply. However, a replacement may not be available for purchase immediately if we haven't loaded the product onto the store. Simply let us know in the form below and we'll provide specific instructions for presale exchange.
