The Tank For Lovers, Not Fighters*...
We are so effin' excited about this tank. We put a modern and sophisticated spin on an old (and frankly outdated classic). Because real men don't beat, they LOVE their wife/husband/friends/family. ♥️💪🏼
Here's how we elevated a classic:
The Fabric: We found a freaking incredible mid-weight monochrome camo fabric that wicks moisture and holds its shape. It's durable, dries fast, and holds up in the looks department inside or outside of the gym.
The Cut: This baby highlights the traps, shoulders and chest, while tapering at the waist, but with some breathing room. The old "beaters" are often pretty clingy the waist, not giving much room to enjoy a burrito or ten. Due to the cut and weight of the fabric, it'll perform in the gym by staying in place and soaking up your metabolic juices.
Versatility: It's a simple fact: tanks can look trashy. While you might not be able to show up to a job interview in one of these bad boys, this elevated tank look can easily be worn outside of the gym. And for you ride or dies... it looks great with all of our in-stock bottoms and bottoms to come!
Trust us, you'll want these in every color!
*Okay, maybe the occasional wrestling match happens.
Fabric: 74% Poly 24% Spandex
Care: Machine wash or hand wash cold. Hang drying is going to give you the most longevity for any garment, but you can also tumble dry low.
I love the feel and flex of the fabric. It is an upgrade high-end version of other tank tops and exercise apparel I have had before. The fit is fantastic too. It keeps it shape and fit even after I have had a full sweaty workout. I have purchased two other colors I am excited to work them into my rotation for working out and just wearing them out and about.
Whenever I wear this I get asked where it's from. The fabric and fit is unmatched. Any other athletic tank a wear now feels cheap. Thanks SSS!
When I started my fitness journey two years ago, I wrote a phrase on my bathroom mirror that said, "earn the tanktop." I wanted to look good in a tank and I wanted to earn the right to wear one. After working hard and getting to a level where I felt comfortable buying one, I discovered this beauty. I bought the eggplant version, but my wife told me my color was green. I asked if SSS could swap it for the olive and their response was both quick and accomodating. When the olive came in, I tried it on and my wife said, "you should get the other colors, because you look great in that." I quickly bought all the colorways.
There is no better tanktop available on the market. It's comfortable, sweat-wicking and stylish -- making it a rare find in the training apparel world.
